راهبرد سیاست خارجی ج.ا. ایران در قبال قاره آفریقا

چکیده

قاره آفریقا با ویژگی‌های جغرافیایی، اقتصادی، فرهنگی و سیاسی در عصر پساجنگ سرد و رونق منطقه‌گرایی، به یکی از مناطق تاثیر‌گذار در گفتمان استکبار ستیزی و مقاومت‌خواه ج.ا ایران تبدیل شده است و سیاست‌های ج.ا. ایران در آفریقا دارای ساختاری چندلایه با هدف تقویت موقعیت ژئوپلیتیکی کشور و ایجاد نهادی است که به اهداف سیاست خارجی‌اش کمک کند. بنابراین هدف استراتژیک این سیاست‌ها بدین‌گونه است که ایران را به‌عنوان یک قدرت فراتر از یک نیروی منطقه‌ای معرفی کند و رقبای منطقه‌ای و فرامنطقه‌ای را در جغرافیای دیگر تحت فشار قرار دهد تا مزایای سیاسی و اقتصادی کسب، تأثیر تحریم‌ها را کاهش و با تشکیل ائتلاف‌هاوایجاد گفتمان مقاوت براساس انقلاب اسلامی، استراتژی انزوا سیاسی محور عبری- عربی که علیه ایران طراحی شده را خنثی کند. در همین راستا سوال اصلی تحقیق به این شکل مطرح می‌شود راهبرد اصلی سیاست خارجی ایران پس از انقلاب اسلامی در قبال قاره آفریقا چیست؟ در پاسخ این فرضیه مطرح می‌شود که با توجه به اهمیت سطح جهان در حال توسعه در راهبردهای کلان ایران رویکرد سیاست خارجی ایرن در قبال قاره آفریقا دارای نوسانات بسیاری بوده و در طول چهار دهه گذشته به صورت سینوسی گاهی رشد و بعضا افول در روابط را پی گرفته است. با این حال راهبرد ایران در قاره آفریقا افزایش حضور و نفوذ در بخش‌های اقتصادی، سیاسی، و فرهنگی همانند نفوذ مدل انقلاب اسلامی، افزایش سطح تجارت و صادرات و تقویت حضور نظامی و فروش تجهیزات به قاره آفریقا بوده است. این مهم را براساس رویکرد توصیفی- تحلیلی با استفاده از روش‌های پژوهش کیفی انجام می‌دهیم که در جمع آوری اطلاعات از منابع اسنادی –کتابخانه‌ای و تارنماهای معتبر فضای مجازی استفاده شده است.
