Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the economic and security challenges and provide a balance model in the security arrangements of the West Asian region, especially the Persian Gulf. The region of West Asia and the Persian Gulf is one of the most important strategic regions of the world due to the presence of huge energy resources and the Strait of Hormuz, therefore, in this article, an attempt has been made to examine the security and economic issues of the region and the Persian Gulf, the question raised is that the role of the countries How is the security of the Persian Gulf region? And the hypothesis that we have raised in this regard is that Iran, as a country that has the largest water border with the Persian Gulf, creates a significant security role. In this research, while referring to existing agreements in this area, which are generally one-dimensional and ineffective, we try to present a suitable model for all-round security arrangements by drawing the security situation prevailing in the region. In the end, we will come to the conclusion that the Gulf For a long time, Fars has always been the focus of the great trans-regional powers, so that they have always used this region as a suitable source of income, and Iran, as a regional power, can play a significant role in the security of this strategic region of the world.
