Abstract

The focus of the questions of this article is based on this goal to answer what is the right knowledge for the police force? And who or what groups are the appropriate audiences of the police force in the production and use of specialized, implicit, explicit and explicit knowledge? There is this presupposition that if the process of social changes and developments along with the management of public discipline in the police force is carefully combined with subject information knowledge in the organization and is implemented and evaluated, the result will be that the society that wants political dynamism and Economic and active and efficient order under disciplined and responsible management so that citizens can use their knowledge and capabilities in a lively, interactive and active way to serve the society and profitably. Of course, the realization of this hypothesis implies that the police force is involved in the successful implementation of knowledge management and can adapt itself to the organization and purposefulness of appropriate social change. Of course, such an original procedure is the most necessary process in the participation of members of the society in law enforcement action, and it should be the focus of the sharing of public law enforcement information in the country and the preparation and transfer of clear law enforcement knowledge and the conversion of said knowledge into thematic information within the scope of the force's mission. It is disciplined so that it can be used successfully, otherwise it will not be valuable for the social security and public order of the country.
