Among the important phenomena in Afghanistan and the geopolitical genome of this country is the problem of the Taliban. In this research, the way the Taliban emerged in the structure of the geopolitical genome of Afghanistan has been investigated. In fact, this mutation in a gene has caused the geopolitical genome of Afghanistan to experience changes that in The genetic composition of ethnicity in this country will have huge changes due to the occurrence of the aforementioned mutation in the "gene bank" of ethnicity. This research was carried out in terms of a descriptive-explanatory research approach and in a qualitative way by using documentary and library sources and after explaining the conceptual model by using the concepts of geopolitics and genetics. And the most important research findings in this work include the following; In the analysis of Afghanistan's geopolitical genome, the ethnic gene that has been studied is composed of alleles of Pashtun, Hazara, Tajik, Uzbek and other ethnic groups of Afghanistan, but the Pashtun ethnicity is the "dominant gene" and this dominant gene in the face of ideology and teachings Deobandi has undergone changes and a mutation has occurred within it, which has led to the emergence of a new entity called the Taliban, which is considered a recombinant species.
