Abstract

One of the most important efforts of the Islamic government is to strive to realize a civilized and developed system. This issue is present in the historical-political guidelines of the pure Imams (AS) as one of the most authoritative ideological-political sources of Shiism in various political, social, religious and even military security dimensions in Shiite historical works. On the other hand, based on the instructions of the Supreme Leader in the statement of the second step of the revolution, it is also possible to enumerate the approaches to achieving a civilized and developed Islamic political system. The aim of the present study is to examine the components of the realization of Islamic civilization based on the instructions of the pure Imams (AS) and to implement it based on the emphases of the Supreme Leader in the statement of the second step of the revolution. The main question of the study is: “From the perspective of the pure Imams (AS), what components will be emphasized in achieving Islamic civilization? And how is this issue from the perspective of the Supreme Leader in the Second Phase of the Revolution? "The research findings by using a descriptive-analytical method and historical Islamic and library sources and documents, showed that the components of political independence; attention to the people; spirituality and ethics; science and education, justice and the fight against corruption; are the most important factors in achieving a new Islamic civilization, which have been given special emphasis in the biography of the Infallibles (peace be upon them) and the Second Step of the Islamic Revolution statement. These two valid documents can be considered a solid scientific and cultural heritage in order to achieve a new Islamic civilization.
