The current "developmental-applied" research on the indicators and requirements of international cooperation of Islamic republic of IRAN It has been discussed in the cyber space. Accordingly, in the current research, the theoretical foundations were analyzed and the effective factors were calculated using the foundation data theorizing method. Then, the hypotheses were evaluated and corrected through an analytical questionnaire and a focal interview. A questionnaire was prepared based on the Likert scale and after its validation, it had good reliability with Cronbach's alpha of 0.812. Then, using structural equation modeling in SmartPLS software, the data obtained from the questionnaire and partial least square analysis, the overall fit of the model is equal to 0.579, and since it is greater than 0.36, we evaluate the fit of the model as strong.
